01 General

These terms govern your use of sogabyma.com and all purchases from SOGAH BY M.A, a luxury gifting brand based in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

02 Products & Availability

Our sets are curated and released in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and a set shown online may sell out before your order is confirmed.

Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings.

03 Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is received in full. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

04 Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timelines are shared at checkout or via direct message and are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order is handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside our control. Please ensure your delivery details are correct we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

05 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the curated and gifted nature of our sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Approved cases will be replaced or refunded.

Personalised and custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

06 Gifting on Behalf of Others

If your order is sent directly to a recipient, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's details and any personal message provided.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our social channels  including photography, design, packaging, and copy is the property of SOGAH BY M.A and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

08 Privacy

Your personal details are used only to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

09 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
